Simon Tremblay

Simon Tremblay is an experienced software developer with a strong background in industrial inspection systems and transportation software. Currently at Symbotic since January 2019, Simon specializes in designing and developing industrial inspection systems, focusing on optical components such as cameras and lighting. Previously, Simon worked at Axion Technologies Ltd. as a software designer and at LeddarTech as an application specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating with contractors and providing technical support. Additional experience encompasses development roles at DAP Technologies, where Simon contributed to robust computing solutions, and at Optel Vision, leading software development for vision inspection systems. Early in the career, Simon gained expertise at Ixode Technologies in real-time programming and artificial vision applications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and a College Diploma in Computer Sciences from Cégep de Jonquière.
