Dan Litzenberg

Dan Litzenberg possesses extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Symetra since April 2016, Dan has also held roles such as Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Assistant Director of Audit Services, and Manager of Audit Services within the company. Prior experience includes positions at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines from June 2005 to October 2015, where Dan progressed from Staff Auditor to Senior Audit Project Manager. Dan holds a degree in Accounting/Finance from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
