Mark Burnside

Mark Burnside has a comprehensive work experience in the insurance industry. Mark is currently working as a Regional Sales Director at Symetra since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Group Sales Manager at Aflac Group Insurance for almost 9 years, from 2014 to 2023. Before Aflac, they worked as a Group Sales Representative at Assurant Employee Benefits from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, they served as a Regional Director of Sales at Lafayette Life from 2004 to 2007, and as a Group Sales Representative at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America from 1993 to 2006.

Mark Burnside attended Michigan State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with a focus on Political Science.
