Patrick Bazan

Patrick Bazan is an experienced professional in sales operations and distribution strategy, currently serving as the AVP of Distribution Strategy and Head of Sales Effectiveness at Symetra since July 2019. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of AVP of Sales Operations at Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions from March 2012 to July 2016. Patrick's career also includes significant roles at Orange Business Services as Director of Sales Operations from 2003 to 2012, and at DiamondCluster International, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Manager of Finance & Risk Management from 1996 to 2003. Patrick Bazan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Central Michigan University.
