Peter Chung

Peter Chung is currently the Director of Private ABS at Symetra Investment Management, where they lead the firm’s private ABS investment strategy since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as Managing Director of Asset-Based Finance at both Blue Owl Capital and Kuvare Asset Management, focusing on assessing investment opportunities and managing portfolios. Peter's experience includes structured credit roles at Deutsche Bank and Fitch Ratings, where they developed credit rating criteria and oversaw various ABS. They also hold an MBA from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree from The Wharton School.
