Todd Dzen

Todd Dzen has had a diverse range of roles in the insurance industry. Todd started their career at Aetna Global Benefits as a Sales Consultant, where they played a pivotal role in the company's growth and communicated its position as a leader in expatriate medical insurance. Todd then moved on to become an Account Service Representative at the same company before transitioning to Aetna, where they served as an International Product Manager. In this role, they led strategic initiatives and launched innovative products in various market segments. Todd later joined AIG as the Director of Voluntary Products & Underwriting before joining Symetra as the Director of Product Management, Life, Disability, and Supplemental Health Products. Todd gradually rose through the ranks at Symetra, eventually serving as the Assistant Vice President of Product Management and currently holds the position of VP, Product & Voluntary Practice Leader.

Todd Dzen attended the University of Richmond from 1994 to 1995, where they studied History. Todd then transferred to the University of Connecticut and obtained a BA degree in History from 1995 to 1998.
