Will Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insurance fraud investigations and legal practice. Currently serving as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) at Symetra since January 2018, Will Harris oversees incident management, process administration, and complex investigations related to suspected fraud. Previous roles at Symetra include SIU Manager and Senior Investigator, focusing on both internal and external investigations. Prior to the insurance sector, Will Harris served as a Deputy Sheriff with the King County Sheriff's Office and held several attorney positions, demonstrating a strong background in commercial litigation, contract disputes, and business bankruptcy matters. Will Harris holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, complemented by a certification from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission.
