At Symetrique, we believe the best commercial decisions in pharma and biotech start with understanding the patient — not just the market.

We are a healthcare analytics and intelligence firm founded by veterans of AbbVie and Abbott, built to serve pre-commercial and early commercial-stage pharma, biotech, and medical device companies.

What we do:

Patient-consented real-world data (RWD) and patient intelligence — We source and analyze ethically consented, patient-level real-world data to give our clients a richer, more trustworthy picture of patient journeys, treatment patterns, and unmet needs. This is the foundation for credible payer conversations, label expansion strategy, and evidence generation that holds up.

Commercial analytics and market access — From market sizing and segmentation to launch forecasting and payer landscape analysis, we build the analytics infrastructure that helps pre-commercial teams make confident decisions before and after launch.

Competitive intelligence — Structured, ongoing CI tracking across pipeline, pricing, and payer positioning — delivered on the cadence your team actually needs.

What makes us different is where we come from. We built commercial analytics infrastructure from the inside at two of the world's leading pharma and medical device companies. We know what good looks like. We know what questions a market access team is actually trying to answer. And we build for decisions, not just deliverables.

Based in Chicago. Serving clients across the US.
