Pushpa KB has a long and varied career in Human Resources. PUSHPA began their career in 2005 as a Senior IT Recruiter for Infowin Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. PUSHPA then moved to Starmark Services Pvt Ltd in 2006, where they were an Assistant Manager HR - Senior HR Executive. In 2011, they were appointed as Assistant HR Manager at Evolve Back - Orange County Resorts and Hotels Limited. Pushpa then joined Starmark Software in 2006 as Manager HR, where they were responsible for attendance, leave management, training, employee engagement, and budget. In 2014, they were appointed as Manager HR at Insight Consultants (Stylus Systems). In 2015, Pushpa became Manager TA at Quadwave Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for revenue generation and fulfilling internal hirings. In 2017, they were appointed as Manager HR at Maintec Technologies Inc. PUSHPA then moved to Zuma in 2022, where they were appointed as Manager HR - Zuma. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as Senior Human Resources Manager at Symphonize.

Pushpa KB completed their MBA in HR from IBMR college, Adam Smith University in 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce from Dr. Ambedkar College, Bangalore University between 2001 and 2004. PUSHPA also earned their PUC from P U College Srimangala in 1999-2001.
