Alisa Basic

Alisa Basic is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Product Manager and Service Delivery Manager at symphony.is since November 2021, Alisa has previously held significant roles at Infobip from October 2010 to November 2021, including Group Product Manager, Program Manager, and Product Owner, where responsibilities ranged from leading product teams to defining product roadmaps and managing agile processes. Earlier career achievements include working as Senior Software Engineer at IN2 Group and leading messaging systems development at BS Telecom Solutions. Alisa holds a degree from the University of Sarajevo, completed in 2004, and possesses strong expertise in cross-department strategy development, stakeholder management, and software development.
