Karlo Bem

Karlo Bem has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Karlo has held various roles in different companies. Karlo started their career as an HR Practitioner at Neoplanta in 2013 and then worked as a Health Educator at the Government of Vojvodina, Provincial Secretariat for Sports and Youth. Karlo joined Execom as an HR Intern and later became an HR Associate. Karlo then moved to Neoplanta as an HR Assistant before joining DEVTECH as an HR Specialist. Karlo's most recent role was at symphony.is, where they served as a Talent Manager, Human Resources Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of People Operations.

Karlo Bem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in HR from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology. Karlo obtained this degree from 2009 to 2012. Karlo then pursued a Master's degree in the same field and from the same institution from 2012 to 2014. Karlo Bem also has a certification as a First aid Educator, which they obtained from the Red Cross of Vojvodina in July 2008.
