Pedro Blanco is currently the Country Manager for Colombia at symphony.is, where they lead operations and strategy in the region. Previously, Pedro held various positions, including Talent Acquisition Partner at Stellar Elements, where they successfully filled over 50 key positions and streamlined recruitment processes. With a background in psychology from Universidad de San Buenaventura Medellín and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA, Pedro has extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition in both Colombia and the US. Prior roles include Human Resources Representative at LiveVox and IT Recruiter at Tiempos - Mas Talento SAS Oficial, where they oversaw full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.
