Regina Larkin

Manager Of Education Programs at Symphony Space

Regina Larkin is an experienced dance educator and choreographer with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Education Programs at Symphony Space since November 2006, Larkin oversees various cultural literacy and heritage programs. In addition, Larkin is the Artistic Director of Joyce Trisler Danscompany, dedicated to preserving the legacy of Joyce Trisler and evolving the Lester Horton technique. As a faculty member at several prestigious institutions, including Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and Adelphi University, Larkin has taught and inspired countless students in dance techniques, choreography, and performance. With a Master of Fine Arts degree from Adelphi University, Larkin remains an influential figure in the dance community through choreographic work and teaching, particularly in the Lester Horton style.

Symphony Space

A two-theatre, multi-disciplinary performing arts center located on the Upper West Side in New York City. Programs include music, dance, theatre, literature-in-performance, film, kids'​ shows, and arts education. Signature programs include Selected Shorts, which is carried on 150 public radio stations nationwide; Wall to Wall, an annual, free 12 hour marathon concert; Bloomsday on Broadway, the annual celebration of James Joyce's Ulysses on June 16.
