Ruben Decoud is a Global HR Leader recognized for their strategic insight and exceptional change leadership, with a solid background in Latin America. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at HARMAN International, Ruben drives human capital programs and enhances organizational performance through effective HR practices. Previously, they held senior roles in various companies, including Bancard S.A. and Mary Kay Inc., where they developed and implemented key HR initiatives across multiple regions. Ruben holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish, and is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
