Simon Melvin

Simon Melvin has extensive experience in customer operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Symphony Teleca since February 2012. Previously, Simon held the same title at Surfkitchen from August 2011 to February 2012 and worked as a Senior Project Manager at Surfkitchen from September 2006 to August 2011. Simon’s early career included significant roles at Thales Communications as Design Engineer and Chief Engineer from September 1989 to June 2001, and as Project Manager at Aeroflex from June 2001 to February 2006. Simon holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic and an MBA in Technology Management from The Open University.
