Alexandre Nalin has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Alexandre began their career as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster, where they handled customer service, store inventory, and training new staff.

Alexandre then worked as an Application Engineer at Mercury Interactive, specializing in QuickTest Pro and leading an offshore team. Alexandre developed an automation script for searching and indexing patches and hotfixes.

At Hewlett-Packard, Alexandre worked as a Senior Technical Solution Consultant and later as a Senior Technical Account Manager. Alexandre provided technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their concerns and troubleshooting complex issues.

As a Technical Account Manager at Basho Technologies, Alexandre built strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Alexandre also orientated and monitored customers and coordinated with internal teams.

As a Service Account Manager at Violin Memory, Alexandre acted as a proactive consultant, providing strategic planning recommendations and support to maximize operational efficiency for customers.

Their most recent role is at Symphony, where they have held multiple positions. Alexandre started as a Lead API Technical Engineer, supporting API implementation and resolving issues related to Symphony services. Later, they became a Solutions Architect, working closely with clients to onboard them to the Symphony platform and ensure their understanding and usage of product features. Currently, they serve as a Senior Solutions Architect, utilizing their experience and expertise to support clients and fulfill their requirements.

Alexandre Nalin's education history is as follows:

From 1997 to 1998, Alexandre attended Lycée Jean Rostand - Strasbourg, where they obtained a BAC S (Baccalauréat with a focus on Science and Programming).

The following year, from 1998 to 1999, they studied at Lycée Couffignal Strasbourg, specializing in ElectroTechnic & Mechanic as part of their BAC (Baccalauréat).

In the year 2000 to 2001, Alexandre pursued BTEC NC Computer Studies at Stratford Campus, focusing on Computer Software Engineering.

Continuing their education at the same school, from 2001 to 2002, Alexandre completed a BTEC HNC in Computing, further specializing in Computer Software Engineering.

Finally, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Middlesex University, where they earned a BSC (Bachelor of Science) degree with a major in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandre Nalin has obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received the Symphony Certified Developer certification from Symphony.com. Later, in November 2022, they obtained the Symphony Certified Associate Developer and Symphony Certified Workflow Developer certifications from Symphony.
