Benoit Charbonnier

Senior Frontend Engineer at Symphony

Benoit Charbonnier has a strong background in frontend software engineering. Benoit started their career in 2005 as a J2EE Software Engineer, working on the frontend part of the e-booking website for Air France. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Frontend Software Engineer for Akka Technologies, where they were involved in designing and maintaining a J2EE UI framework and developing a customizable shopper website for booking hotels and cars. In 2011, they joined Amadeus IT Group as a Frontend Software Engineer & Trainer, contributing to open source solutions and providing internal training on Angular. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Frontend Engineer at Symphony.com since November 2020.

Benoit Charbonnier obtained an Engineer's degree in Network, Computer Science, and Telecommunications from the Institut des Sciences de l'Ingenieur de Toulon et du Var. Benoit completed their engineering course from 2001 to 2004. Before that, they attended Lycée Dumont d'Urville in Toulon, France, from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles - PCSI - PSI*.

In addition to their formal education, Benoit Charbonnier has obtained several certifications. These include the "Go Essential Training," "Swift 5 Essential Training," and "SwiftUI Essential Training" certifications from LinkedIn. Benoit completed these certifications in June 2020 and January 2020, respectively.
