Jonathan Zhou

Jonathan Zhou is a highly experienced technical professional with a robust background in account management and infrastructure operations. Currently serving as a Technical Account Director and previously as a Technical Account Manager at Symphony since November 2019, Jonathan has a strong history in customer onboarding and solution integration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) from October 2018 to October 2019. Prior roles include Team Leader - Platforms at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, focusing on infrastructure design and team management, and Senior Storage Engineer at Wells Fargo, specializing in enterprise storage and private cloud enablement. Early career experience includes positions at EMC as a Senior Support Engineer, HollySys Automation Technology as a Software Development Engineer, and Baidu, Inc. as a System Engineer.
