Liseth López has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Liseth started their career as an Account Manager at TransPerfect from July 2011 to November 2012. Later, they joined Oliver Bonas as an Area Team Member, where they assisted in store management, customer service, and sales from November 2012 to March 2014.

Following that, Liseth worked as a Client Success Specialist at eFinancialCareers from March 2014 to March 2016. Liseth then moved to Symphony, where they held several roles. Liseth initially served as a Client Engagement Lead for the EMEA region from April 2016 to February 2022. During this time, they managed relationships with clients and contributed to the smooth deployment and adoption of Symphony's products.

Later on, Liseth transitioned to the role of Sr. Client Success Manager, EMEA at Symphony, starting from July 2019 till February 2022. As a primary point of contact for top-tier clients, they focused on product deployment, adoption strategies, and relationship management. Liseth collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders to drive product adoption, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Liseth assumed the position of Head of Customer Success, EMEA at Symphony in February 2022.

Liseth López obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with Second Class Honors (2:1) from Brunel University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained certification as a Symphony Certified Associate Developer from Symphony in March 2023.
