Marco Maio

Marco Maio has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and quality assurance fields. Marco currently works at Symphony as the Manager of Quality Engineering, overseeing a team of quality engineers and testers. Prior to Symphony, they worked at Amadeus, where they held several roles including Principal Software Engineer, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Manager of Software Development. At Amadeus, Marco managed teams of QA engineers and software development engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of products and implementing cutting-edge test strategies. Before Amadeus, Marco worked at Astek as an IT Project Coordinator and IT Consultant Engineer, developing software products and integrating systems for AMADEUS. Overall, Marco has a strong background in technical leadership and managing teams in the software industry.

Marco Maio completed their Master's degree in Computer Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino from 2002 to 2009. In 2006 and 2007, they also attended the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieria Informatica - Granada, specializing in computer engineering.
