With over 19 years of experience in support environments, Phil has previously held roles such as Regional Support Manager at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Telephony Manager at Co-operative Financial Services. Phil's career began at CJ Garland & Co Ltd., where they developed their entrepreneurial spirit in an outsource contact center. They completed a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Sunderland University.
