Alex Preston has worked in the health industry since 2019. In that year, they began working as an Account Development Manager for NRC Health, where they were responsible for working with 75% of the Top 200 Hospitals and Health Systems across the U.S. Alex's role also included utilizing the Voice of Consumer platform to engage 100% of potential customers before, during, and after a care experience. In 2021, Alex began working for Actium Health as a Senior Partnerships Manager and Account Development Manager. Additionally, they started working as a Patient Experience Consultant for CHI Health in 2021.
Alex Preston received their Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Kingwood High School. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare Administration Emphasis from Texas Woman's University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
