Leah Eider is a Senior Solutions Analyst at SymphonyRM. Leah has over 18 years of experience in software quality assurance engineering, and has been with SymphonyRM for just over a year.
Leah began their career in July 2000 as a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Multiply. Leah quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer in 2014 and Principal Quality Assurance Engineer in 2015. Leah was responsible for designing and developing test plans, filing and tracking defects and bug reports, and conducting smoke and sanity tests across various builds. Leah achieved the highest rate of bugs opened on any project, and had an over 98% track record of bug-free releases.
In their role at Multiply, Leah also identified end-to-end test requirements, defined application and integration test scenarios, assisted in preparing test scripts, and ensured key testing deliverables were consistent and compliant with requisite standards. Leah managed projects from development to production, including support of end users. Leah was also the mobile tester for the web-application and website, responsible for functionality and styling of all company properties across different mobile operating systems including iOS and Android.
In September 2018, Leah joined SymphonyRM as a Senior Solutions Analyst. In this role, they are responsible for leading manual testing efforts for the company’s top-20 comScore site. This includes both front end and back end testing, UAT, GUI, and functional testing for all company initiatives and projects - including web sites, applications, and in house developed software. Leah also works closely with project managers, developers, and teammates within the Quality Engineering Group in order to prepare daily releases and test large-scale projects.
