Andy Efron has over 20 years of experience in client success and business analytics. Andy began their career in 1999 as Director of Service and Support at Everdream Corp., a venture-backed startup that pioneered SaaS delivery of desktop IT services. In 2004, they joined BeVocal as Director of Client Solutions, an enterprise-class speech-recognition IVR provider, delivered via SaaS for Fortune 500 corporations. In 2007, they became Director of Client Services at BitGravity, a venture-backed content delivery network (CDN) startup that was acquired and became Tata's CDN operations. In 2008, they opened their own business, WebJazz, LLC. In 2011, they joined Victrio, Inc as Director of Business Analytics, a venture-backed startup providing voice-biometric fraud detection, delivered as SaaS. In 2013, they were acquired by Verint and became Director of Business Analytics - Fraud, Authentication and Risk, delivering voice-biometric fraud detection for credit card issuers and banks, delivered as SaaS. Since 2016, they have been VP Client Success at Actium Health (formerly SymphonyRM), managing key client relationships and the Provider Relationship Management (PRM) practice. Key responsibilities include ownership of overall client success, implementing provider outreach best practices, EMR and claims data analytics, data integration, resource prioritization, and business process re-engineering.

Andy Efron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Andy'story from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
