Ben Jenkins has worked in the marketing and strategy field since 1999. Ben began their career at McCann-Erickson as a Planner. Ben then moved to BBH London in 2002 as a Planner, where they were the strategy lead on Axe Europe, Barclaycard, Johnnie Walker & Unilever Laundry. In 2007, they joined Bartle Bogle Hegarty NY as Director of ZAG, where they led the growth of the startup incubator and provided consultancy and advice on the investment of new and existing brands. Ben was also the Group Planning Director. In 2010, they joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Partner, Director Entertainment Marketing and Droga5 as a Strategy Director. In 2012, they became a Consultant for The Barbarian Group and a Director/Brand Consultant for Takeout, a 21st Century Consultancy. In 2013, they were a Brand Consultant for The Museum of Modern Art and a Strategy Director for R/GA. Ben is currently a Co-founder of Sympler, where they use their two decades of experience studying consumer behavior to close the empathy gap between audiences and organizations.

Ben Jenkins attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
