Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has extensive work experience in the education sector. Lisa started their career in 2000 at Bradley University as a Hall Director, where they coordinated move-in and move-out procedures for residential students and oversaw the well-being of first-year students. In addition, they participated in recruiting and managing student staff. Lisa later took on the role of Admissions Counselor/Graduate Assistant, where they assisted high school students with their college search process and provided guidance to parents regarding financial aid.

From 2004 until 2022, Lisa worked at Eureka College as the Director of Operations, Housing. In this role, they managed the operation of five residence halls, led marketing and recruitment efforts for on-campus housing, and was responsible for various housing procedures, including sign-ups, move-in/move-out, and summer housing coordination.

Currently, Lisa is working as a Product Support Specialist at Symplicity, starting in 2023.

Lisa Allen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Retail Merchandising from Bradley University. Lisa also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Management from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University.
