Ryan Kaplan

Ryan Kaplan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Ryan has been with H.I.G. Capital since September 2013, serving in several key roles, including Managing Director, Principal, and Vice President. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Quad-C Management, Inc. from August 2004 to August 2013, where roles included Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate. Ryan's career began at Credit Suisse as a Financial Sponsors Analyst from June 2002 to June 2004. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M.
