Todd started their career as an intern at M&I Data Services in 1995. Todd then joined Metavante Corporation in 1996 as a Configuration Release Analyst Specialist, where they specialized in Source Code Management, Build Management, and Software Deployment for enterprise Java and .NET applications. In 2010, they moved to FIS and became a Manager in Enterprise Release Management-Open Systems. Their responsibilities included managing the ERM-OS team, which handled Source Code Management, Build Management, and Software Delivery & Deployment across multiple environments and servers.
In 2015, Todd joined API Healthcare as a Staff Systems Administration Engineer and Team Lead. Simultaneously, they also became a Senior Managed Services Engineer at GE Healthcare. Their roles primarily involved system administration and leadership responsibilities.
In 2016, Todd took on additional responsibilities outside their regular work by becoming a Board Member and later the Vice President of the Alumni Association Board of Directors at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Todd also became an Assistant Coach for the New Berlin Heat Women's Fastpitch Softball team in 2017. Additionally, they served as the Head Coach for the New Berlin West Junior Lady Vikes Volleyball team from 2015 to 2017.
