Gary Pedersen

Gary Pedersen has extensive experience in production and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Production Manager at Symprove Ltd since September 2019, Gary previously held the role of Operations Manager at Nutmeg & Hive and spent 15 years at Cape Foods, where responsibilities included supply chain management, procurement, and oversight of production facilities. Gary also served as Factory Manager at Anne Young (Pty) Ltd, managing cosmetics production and logistics in Cape Town, South Africa. Gary's education was completed at Diocesan College from 1993 to 1998.
