Will Bowler

Will Bowler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Symprove Ltd since November 2022, Will previously held CEO responsibilities at Childs Farm Ltd, the UK's leading brand of baby and child toiletries, from April 2021 to November 2022. Will contributed to the launch and growth of Everleaf Drinks as a partner from June 2019 to April 2021, and successfully led the European operations of popchips as Managing Director from October 2011 to March 2019. At innocent drinks, Will held various roles in Commercial and Strategy from May 2005 to October 2011, playing a significant part in launching the juice business. Will’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
