Brett Smith

Brett Smith is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Escalation Engineer at SymQuest since August 2013, Brett has also held the role of Service Desk Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an IT Engineer and IT Intern at Northwestern Medical Center from May 2010 to August 2013, as well as a Machine Operator at Ben & Jerry's and Superior Technical Ceramics. Brett Smith holds a degree in Computer Information Technology from Champlain College, completed in 2011, and a high school diploma from Bellow Free Academy.
