Christopher Peterman

Christopher Peterman is a seasoned Virtual Systems Administrator at SymQuest Group since November 1997, with extensive experience in onboarding, management, and change management for customers utilizing various RMM platforms and maintaining critical IT infrastructure such as firewalls, switches, and cloud backups. As an Incident Response Engineer and later as a Supervisor, Christopher has managed a team and provided tier-one support troubleshooting a broad range of systems including Windows servers, workstations, and backup solutions. Additionally, Christopher has a background in professional services, executing project engagements with healthcare and corporate clients, and is an accomplished saxophonist and arranger, having studied music performance at Berklee College of Music.
