John Guthrie has over 26 years of experience in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Escalation Engineer and previously as a Field Support Engineer at SymQuest since February 1999, John has developed a strong background in resolving complex technical issues. Prior to this role, John worked as a Technical Support Specialist at CNI Corporation from June 1997 to February 1999. John Guthrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from Keene State College, completing the degree in 1997, and has previous educational experience at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1989 to 1992.
