Bill Ruby has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Symrise, Inc. since August 2007, where Bill oversees human resources for the North American Scent & Care Division. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Director of Human Resources for Scent & Care North America at The Hennessy Group from July 2004 to August 2007, and also worked as an Executive Search Consultant. Bill Ruby holds a Master of Arts in Visual Arts from William Paterson University of New Jersey, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Rutgers University.
