Xing Liu

Xing Liu has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SymSoft Solutions since 2011. Prior to this, they were a Web Application Developer at Caltrans from 2007-2011, where they were responsible for the development of two currently deployed Caltrans applications, GeoDOG and ARS Online. In 2009, they were the Team Lead in Senior Project of Computer Science at Sponsor CSUS Library, where they led and created agendas for team, advisor, and sponsor meetings every week, and used WBS technique to monitor the progress of each team member's tasks. Before this, they were a Tutor at Sacramento City College from 2006-2009, where they assisted students for solving the academic problems related to computer field, and possessed excellent communication skills through frequent contacts with students and instructors.

Xing Liu obtained a BS in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento between 2007 and 2009. Following this, Xing Liu obtained an MS in Software Engineering from the same university between 2009 and 2011. Xing Liu also holds a Sitecore Developer Certification.
