John Ryan

John Ryan has a wealth of experience in project management. John began their career in 2004 as a Design Manager for Tube Lines, where they led multi-disciplinary design teams and managed design budgets for various projects. John then moved to Laing O'Rourke in 2007 as a Design Manager and to Parsons Brinckerhoff in 2008 as a Project Manager. In 2011, they joined Network Rail as a Design Manager and DPE, and in 2012 they became a Senior Project Manager for Transport for London. In 2014, they began working at Tideway London as a Senior Project Manager for 3 of the 24 worksites, and in 2020 they became Co-Founder and CEO of SymTerra, a communications and reporting app built for site teams.

John Ryan obtained a Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in November 2020. John also holds a Chartered Mechanical Engineer certification from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, which they obtained in October 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Limerick between 1999 and 2003.
