Ron Snyder

Ron Snyder has over 25 years of work experience in sales and business development. Ron started their career in 1995 at Aspect Software, where they served as a Senior Account Executive and National Account Executive. During this time, they developed new business and managed a sales team.

In 2009, they joined inContact as a District Sales Manager, where they focused on prospecting new business and growing existing accounts for a cloud-based SaaS manufacturer. Ron also developed new channel partners.

From 2010 to 2011, Ron worked as a Senior Account Director at Convergys. Here, they drove new business through a co-sales process and served as a technology account manager for hosted and on-premise solutions.

In 2011, Ron became a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts, at Noble Systems. In this role, they managed a large portfolio and presented solutions ranging from call center technology to speech analytics and social media tools.

From 2013 to 2014, Ron served as the Regional Director, Business Development, at ThoughtBurst, Inc. Here, they opened the Midwest region for the startup technology firm, recommending contact center and business process management consulting solutions.

In 2014, they joined Vortalsoft Inc. as a Senior National Account Executive, driving new business for Aspect Software's only North American Platinum Partner.

From 2015 to 2016, Ron held the position of Vice President, Business Development, at Waterfield Technologies. In this role, they managed strategic global and national accounts, prospected and closed contracts with new clients, and increased revenue from existing accounts.

In 2020, Ron briefly worked at Aspect Software again, this time as a Channel Sales Manager.

Most recently, in 2017, Ron joined Bespoke Sales Strategies as a Sales & Business Consultant. Here, they worked with small to medium-sized businesses, assessed their sales strategies and goals, and provided recommendations and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets.

Currently, Ron is working as a Partner Development Manager at SymTrain, starting in 2022.

Ron Snyder attended James Madison University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time there, their field of study included management, marketing, and economics. Additionally, they attended the University of London, where they focused on various subjects such as architecture, sales & marketing, history, art, and theatre studies.
