Marcio Lempert

Marcio Lempert is a seasoned venture partner currently with SYN Ventures since July 2022, and actively involved with multiple organizations in various capacities, including as a board observer at Refine Intelligence and a board member at Reveal Security since April 2024. Marcio founded and serves as the Advisor Director for Red Access, has been a BOD advisor for Cynomi, and is a lecturer in the Argov Program in Leadership & Diplomacy at IDC Herzliya since September 2017. Additional roles include board member at Omnisys, mentor with the Moshal Scholarship Program, and participation in the investment committee at SeedIL Ventures. Marcio's academic background includes an M.B.A. from Bentley University, a B.Sc. in Management & Business Administration from Lesley University, and a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics & Computers from ORT Technological College.
