Rob Cross

Rob Cross currently serves as the Global Head of Strategic Programs at Synack, Inc., where involvement includes developing strategic testing programs for global accounts to foster a security-first culture. With extensive experience spanning over two decades in the cybersecurity industry, Rob has held various leadership roles at Synack, including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Vice President for the US East region. Prior to Synack, Rob co-founded PSC, serving as Managing Director and COO, where expertise in cybersecurity application assessments was harnessed to support organizations. Additional experiences include consultancy roles at GrayFin Security and David Consulting Group, and a founding position at HADES CYBER, LLC, focusing on crowd hacking platforms. Rob’s educational background includes degrees in Engineering Management and Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati.
