We exist to translate leading academic research to leading industry practice.

Synact was established in 2022 through a technology transfer process with the University of Queensland and UniQuest. We hold the exclusive global licence to deliver the 5R Leadership Development Program, a world-leading framework grounded in the social identity approach.

Synact means ‘to act together’. It reflects our core belief: that real change, leadership, and performance come not from individual effort alone, but from aligned, collective action grounded in a shared sense of identity and purpose.

Our services include diagnostics and assessment, leadership and team development, and strategy alignment and organisational change — all designed to help organisations act together with clarity and purpose.

Everything we do is backed by evidence, shaped by practice, and tailored to the needs of each organisation.
