Derwin Dexter Sy is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Software Development at Synacy since April 2019, Derwin manages software engineering and product design, promoting cross-functional team integration. Prior to this, Derwin held positions as Head of Software Engineering and Software Engineering Manager, focusing on improving software quality, cost, and delivery. As a Co-Founder, Director, and Product Owner at ATeam Business Software Solutions Co., Derwin contributed to developing server solutions, web apps, and e-commerce products. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Melt Records, Derwin aims to create a sustainable music industry model. Derwin's background includes a decade at KYOCERA Document Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from managing large engineering teams to participating in global strategy meetings.
