Tom O. has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as COO and Advisor at RISE, an Internet Service Provider in the Philippines, where efforts focus on scaling operations to enhance internet accessibility. As part of the founding team at Synacy, Tom O. has played a crucial role in general management and supporting the growth of group companies since October 2012. Previously, as COO at Monopond, Tom O. was integral in customer acquisition and operational development from August 2011 to June 2015.
