Dan Schulz

Dan Schulz is the Director of Asset Management and Reliability at Synagro, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as the Assistant Plant Manager at NEFCO (Biosolids Management) and held various engineering and managerial roles at notable companies such as Tootsie Roll Industries, DS Smith, and the New England Confectionery Company. Before embarking on their engineering career, Dan served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer First Class and worked as a mechanic at Nutramax Laboratories. They earned an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from Northern Essex Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
