Layne Baroldi is currently the Director of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs at Synagro, a position held since 2009. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a City Councilmember and Mayor for the City of La Habra Heights. Prior to that, Layne worked as a Supervisor at the Orange County Sanitation District from 1990 to 2009. Layne holds a BS from the University of Southern California and a JD from Western State University College of Law, earned between 1979 and 1993.
