Lisa Williams is an experienced professional in the environmental sector, having served as the Director of Technical Services at Synagro from 1992 to 2012 before leading Old Line Environmental, Inc. as Principal and President from 2013 to 2019. Currently, Lisa is the Owner of Williams Environmental Services, Inc., which specializes in environmental and agricultural consulting and is MBE certified. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science from the University of Maryland College Park, where they studied from 1989 to 1991.
