Nate Aye

Nate Aye currently serves as Operations Manager at Synagro since July 2025 and previously held the position of Operations Supervisor at LRS from October 2022 to August 2025. Nate began with LRS as an Operations Intern in June 2022. Prior to these roles, Nate was the Facilities Manager at Bartlett Public Library from October 2020 to October 2021 and the Owner/Facilities & General Manager of Chicago Ninja Academy from April 2009 to July 2020, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining a 12,000 square foot indoor obstacle course facility. Nate's early career includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from August 2002 to August 2006. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
