Stuart Childs has worked in the IT industry since 1997, beginning their career at Aviva. At Aviva, they have held a variety of roles, including Digital Quote & Pay Scrum Master & Agile Coach, Digital Customer Data IT Delivery Manager & Scrum Master, E_Commerce IT Delivery Manager, Business Change & IT Project Manager, Document Designer, and Group Personal Pension Schemes Account Manager. In 2022, they joined SYNALOGiK Innovative Solutions Limited as a Scrum Master.

Stuart Childs attended Hewett Comprehensive School & 6th Form College from 1980 to 1986, obtaining 8 GCSEs & CSEs including Maths & English, as well as two A Levels in History and Geography.
