James Young is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with extensive experience across various sectors. They began their career as a Junior Developer at NHS NSS from 2008 to 2009 and later worked in customer services at Tesco from 2005 to 2008. From 2014 to 2017, James held several roles at AutoRek, culminating as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they led product development teams on the company’s flagship reconciliation solution. Currently, they serve as the Head of Development at Synanetics, building on their strong foundation, which includes a BEng in Software Engineering from Napier University.
