Kaisa Mill

Kaisa Mill has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaisa recently worked as a Junior Software Developer at Synap, where they focused on building front-end features and improving code quality. Prior to this, they attended The Developer Academy's Software Developer Bootcamp, where they gained experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Before transitioning into software development, Kaisa worked at Opportunity Sheffield - Sheffield City Council as a Performance and Information Officer and as a Business Support Officer. Kaisa also worked at Crowne Plaza as a Food and Beverage Assistant, and at Sheffield Students' Union as Bar Staff, where they had various responsibilities including serving food and drinks, attending the cloakroom, and ensuring hygiene and safety protocols.

Additionally, Kaisa gained experience in fundraising as an intern at Support Dogs. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their adaptability, skills in software development, and ability to thrive in different environments.

Kaisa Mill completed their BSc in Zoology from The University of Sheffield in 2012-2015. Kaisa then pursued an MSc in Environmental Change and International Development from the same university from 2017-2019. Additionally, Kaisa obtained several certificates in web development from The Developer Academy in October 2021. These include Certificates in CSS, Express, HTML, JavaScript, MongoDb, and React.
