Ambar Rivera is currently serving as a Product Manager at Synaply, where they focus on transforming team updates into accessible knowledge to enhance decision-making and performance. Previously, Ambar held the roles of Manager and then Director of Human Resources Technology at Primalogik, contributing to HR and People teams with a platform designed to foster engagement and growth. Earlier in their career, Ambar worked as Client Solutions Director at Kona, where they collaborated with organizations to strengthen workplace culture, and as Client Manager at Cloud Creators Club, facilitating connections between creators and businesses. Ambar is also pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidad de Carabobo.
